Terms & Conditions for BlindFlirtReveal

1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 or older (or with parental/guardian consent if under 18). Employees, contractors, and immediate family of BlindFlirtReveal are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Entry & Participation
To be considered for the next event, participants must complete the signup form 30 days prior to its scheduled date. Contestants who do not submit 30 days in advance will start being considered for the event that follows the currently promoted event. Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated. Entries must not contain offensive, illegal, or infringing content. Contestants are liable for any damages that stem from submitting information that misrepresents themselves or who they're submitting for with permission. Users submitting on behalf of another individual must be able to provide written consent from the individual the submission pertains to.
3. Rules of Conduct
Contestants agree to participate respectfully and follow all directions of Abdul Koroma and the BlindFlirtReveal team. Content created during participation may be recorded, shared, and promoted across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. Any harassment, inappropriate conduct, or violation of platform policies may result in removal.
4. Selection of Contestants/Winners
Contestants will be chosen based on creativity, compatibility, entertainment value, or other criteria determined by Abdul Koroma and the BlindFlirtReveal team. Decisions of the organizers are final and binding. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. Prizes
All prizes relevant to an event will be outlined in the event announcement. Prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash. Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.
6. Intellectual Property & Publicity
By participating, contestants grant BlindFlirtReveal a worldwide, royalty-free license to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes. Contestants retain ownership of their original work but grant organizers the right to display, distribute, and modify it for show-related activities.
7. Privacy & Data Use
Personal data collected will be used only for administering BlindFlirtReveal and in compliance with the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA). Data will not be sold to third parties.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
Participation is voluntary, and contestants assume all risks associated with participation. BlindFlirtReveal and Abdul Koroma are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Organizers are not liable for technical errors, cancellations, or interruptions outside their control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Guidelines are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up or participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Guidelines.
